Terms Of Service

1. UPFRONT PAYMENT REQUIRED. I will start working after payment has been made. Full payment is advised however, you may pay half before the sketch starts, and another half after the sketch is finished and approved.

2. PRICE LISTED HERE ARE THE BASE PRICE. The base price is for 1 character. Multiples apply. The price may rise depending on the complexity.

3. MAX 3 FREE REVISIONS. You will have 3 free minor revisions. Additional fees will apply if client request more than 3 revisions and if client requests a major revision.

4. NO CANCELLATIONS AND NO REFUND. You will not be able to cancel the commission once the lineart or base color have been completed.

5. ETC 2 WEEKS. Depending on the queue, a single illustration with one or two character will be completed within 10-14 days (more or less). Extra charge +50% for rush art will be finished within 3-6 days.

6. FINISHED ART WILL BE WATERMARKED AND POSTED. I may use your commission as sample and portfolio. Price charge +20% for private commission. Please let me know ahead of time if you want your work to be secret and not published.

7. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO CLAIM THE FINISHED ILLUSTRATION AS YOUR OWN, REMOVE WATERMARK/SIGNATURE, TRACE, MODIFY, COPY, AND SELL MY ILLUSTRATIONS. Editing contrast, brightness or add effect is ok. Crop for header or profile picture is ok. Ask me for more details.

8. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO USE MY ILLUSTRATION TO PROMOTE OR ADVERTISE ANY CONTENT THAT IS ILLEGAL, POLITICAL OR INAPPROPRIATE. Clients who purchases Commercial Use License may use the illustration to promote and advertise their personal content only that is not illegal, political or inappropriate.

9. PUBLISH TO ANOTHER WEBSITE IS OK. As a client, you may upload the finished art to another website (please pay attention to ToS Number 7 & 8 ). Credit is not necessary but will be very much appreciated.

10. PERSONAL PRINTS IS OK. Client may use their finished illustration for personal merchandise/prints but not for sale. Please contact me for more info.

11. NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE ONLY. NFTS ARE PROHIBITED! Please contact me through my email for discussion of commercial purpose illustration artworks. I do not support NFT activities and everything that revolves around cryptocurrencies.
